Questions and answers

Short answers about payment, access, minutes, refunds, and the boundaries of the EXO digital service.

1. What EXO is

EXO is a digital AI self-reflection service. It helps a person talk through thoughts, notice emotional patterns, and reflect with more structure through voice conversation with the AI presence Hanna.

2. Is EXO a psychologist or therapy?

No. EXO is not a psychologist, psychotherapy, medical care, crisis support, or a diagnostic tool. It is a digital self-reflection service and does not replace licensed professional help.

3. What exactly am I buying

You are buying a package of EXO voice-conversation minutes: 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Those minutes are credited to your account after payment confirmation and are deducted as you use the service.

4. When access is delivered after payment

In most cases, minutes become available automatically after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Sometimes there may be a short technical delay. If payment succeeded but your minutes did not appear, contact support@exo.contact.

5. Do I need an account to buy

Yes. EXO links purchased minutes to a specific user account, so you need to sign in or register before payment.

6. Do minutes expire

The current public merchant version of EXO does not state a separate short expiration period for minutes on the purchase page. If that policy changes, it will be stated explicitly in the terms or on the pricing page.

7. What if payment succeeds but access does not update

First, return to your settings page and refresh it. If the balance still does not change, email support@exo.contact from the account email with the approximate payment time and proof of payment.

8. How refunds work

Refunds are reviewed under the EXO refund policy. For digital minute packages, the key factors are whether access was already provided and whether the minutes were already used.
